Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11174 will fit on your 2004 325xi wagon as this hitch is confirmed to fit 2004 BMW 3-series vehicles.
There is not a 2 inch hitch version of this hitch, nor is there a 2 inch hitch available for your vehicle. The reason for this is that hitches with 2 inch openings are reserved for vehicles with higher towing capacities then what your vehicle has.
