I contacted Buyers Products and the Buyers Products Class 5 Service Body Hitch part # 3371801050L is 44 inches wide with 18-5/16" tall mounting plates. It is a weld on hitch that is normally used on service body vehicles that are 34 to 37 inches wide.
The Buyers Products 2" Platform Body Hitch Receiver 62" Long with 18.29 " Mounting Plates part # 3371801051L is 62" wide if you need a wider hitch for your frame.
