I do have replacement covers available if your roof vent has a continuous hinge. If you are looking for a smoke vent cover then you can use part # BV0554-03 or part # BV0554-01 for a white vent cover. The dimensions you provided are an industry standard size which is classified as 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" so there is no need to get hung up on the 1/4" difference for the inside dimension as these measurements could vary depending on where they are taken from. The covers both measures 15" x 15" outside to outside.
