If you are not getting power to the 12 volt pin on the 7-way on your 2018 Ram 2500, the most likely issue is that you have a blown fuse. I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual and it looks like it is in the F30 cavity in the power distribution center of your truck. You will want to check your version of the owner's manual to verify.
What a lot of people do in order to circumvent this issue is simply run their own wire to their 7-way with 10 gauge wire # 10-1-1 through Circuit Breaker # 9510 to the positive post of your Ram's battery.
