Question:
I installed the Curt T-Connector harness # C56225 4-Pole Flat Connector as described by the various videos I found on your website very helpful!! . 3 Relays under glove box as well as the connector/bracket near the spare tire. Followed the instructions to a T... everything looks good, solid connections, no loose or exposed wires... but when I test the connections using a Circuit Tester for 4-Pole Flat Trailer.. with keys in the ignition I dont get any lights when I test the R/L Signals or brakes... when I turn the lights on however the LED far left turns on.. and stays on so I know I have power... I checked the 10A fuse under the hood and it was fine... I am stumped.. is there software I need to install ? what would cause that ? any ideas?...

It sounds like you are using some sort of plug-in LED tester like the Brophy Circuit Tester for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # F4CT and if that is the case then these are not always accurate and Tekonsha even recommends against using these, so you really need to do your testing with a incandescent circuit tester like the Draw-Tite Circuit Tester part # PTW2993. If you still do not get power on the right stop/turn circuit even with a standard circuit tester then be sure to give all the fuses and relays another once over, checking that they are seated properly and installed in the correct orientation.
In addition to the fuses and relays you just installed, there may be some as well that were already present on the vehicle and need addressed. That said, I have not yet heard of this issue before so if all else fails you will just need to take your vehicle into a service center to rule the vehicle out as being part of the problem but there should not be any reprogramming needed.
