My door inside door flange to flange is 28 1/8 wide. Which lippert solid steps will work?

Since your doorway width is 28-1/8 inches wide the correct Solidstep you need is the part # LC791572 as it fits doorway widths between 26 and 29-7/8 inches and is also a triple step like the kit you mentioned.
The doorway threshold height range of this is between 27 and 36 inches.
