I did some checking and the front wheel drive versions of the 2019 Cadillac XT5 can be towed on a tow dolly like the Roadmaster dolly part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced but the all wheel drive versions need to be towed on a tow dolly.
I'd recommend going with a front wheel drive XT5 then and you'd be able to tow it with a dolly then. Front wheel drive vehicles tend to get better gas mileage than all wheel drive ones as well.
