Is there an adapter kit to make a standard nozzle fit our rv faucet?

Home faucets and RV faucets really are basically the same thing. The RV applications are typically made from lighter materials since keeping the weight of the RV as a whole lower is beneficial.
So the part # 277-000014 that you mentioned would work for you or if you found a house faucet you liked it would work just as well and use same connections. RV plumbing does not use different style connectors.

I need a replace faucet assembly for my 1978 Toyota Sunrader. It has a barbed fitting and a threading fitting also.
