My hub face is 55 and spring face is 45, do you have anything?

While we don't have a 2,200 lb trailer axle that matches the dimensions you need we do have a similar solution with the Timbren Axle Less kit part # ASR1THDS02 which would give you an axle setup that would fit and also cover the need for new leaf springs as well. These attach directly to the trailer frame and provide an axle setup that gives you great ground clearance. See attached video.

So then for a hub that fits this with the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you need as well the part # T4084600042 would be what you'd need and you'd have the axle, suspension, and hubs covered like you need.
