Question:
Hi, the plastic piece that holds the locking cylinder is cracked and has separated from the cable, making my lock worthless for one of the bikes. Do you have the replacement plastic part that houses the locking cylinder?

The end cap piece for the arms on the Thule T2 Pro XT # TH83JV aren't available on their own so the only way to replace them is with the entire tray, part # 7524703001 for the tray nearest the vehicle or part # 7524703002 for the tray furthest from the vehicle.
This bike rack does have a limited lifetime warranty so this may be something that is covered under that and it'd be worth looking into.
