To replace the bulbs on the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace # 324-000068 you are able to access the bulbs from the back side of the fireplace, where there will be a bulb panel held in by 2 screws.
You'll need to first unplug the unit and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Then, start by removing those 2 screws and the panel will be able to be folded down, exposing the bulbs. You'll remove this panel and replace the faulty bulbs. You will need to replace the burnt out bulbs with 40w bulbs per the instructions. I've attached the instructions in a picture to this question for you to reference back to once you start.
If you have a different Greystone fireplace unit let me know which one you have and I will be able to confirm these instructions or provide alternate ones.
