I recommend the Classic Accessories Custom Fit Spare Tire Cover part # 052963751000 for your 4.80-12 tire because the diameter of your tire is about 20 1/2" so the 21" cover will work well for you. This particular cover is snow white vinyl. I have attached a photo for your reference.
If you would like a black cover, I recommend CE Smith Spare Tire Cover - up to 21" Diameter x 6-1/2" Wide Trailer Tires - Black part # CE27410. Either one of these will work well for your tire size.
