Why Does Draw Tite Hitch Have Two Hitch Pin Holes

Hi, What are the tow diameter sizes for the hitch pins for this trailer? Thanks

The hitch pin hole for the Draw Tite hitch part # 75236 is 5/8 inch diameter. The second hole is not used.
