Can GPS on Phone be Used While Using Curt Echo Brake Controller

Question:

I use the GPS on my phone during trips would I still be able to use this function or does the phone become dedicated to the brake controller. I have a 2015 Toyota tundra

Yes, you can absolutely use the GPS on your phone while using the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 with your 2015 Toyota Tundra.

You will just want to be sure you don't close out the app of the Curt Echo so you can switch to it if needed (so just keep the app open in the background). However, even if you do accidentally close it out, the Echo will still function at its most recent settings so you will never lose functionality of the Echo.
