I can confirm for you that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13020 will fit your 1995 Chevy Blazer. If you are looking to add a wiring harness to power your trailer lights you will need to hardwire in the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester # 18252.
