The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11400 that you referenced are actually designed to fit various Ram pickups. At this time (August 2019) the only towing mirrors we have confirmed as a fit for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 are the Wheel Masters Eagle Vision # WM6600-2 and the CIPA # 11650-2, both of which are universal fits that mount to your door.
