Question:

Can the Thule Hideaway roof rack mount # TH490010 attach to the 2019 Subaru Outback? If so what is needed to achieve this mount, also do you know if this awning will fit on a roofrack that already has a Thule XT L mounted on factory roofrack already?

You can install the Thule Hideaway awning part # TH490010 that you referenced on the roof of your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon with factory crossbars but you will have to install an aftermarket roof rack on the vehicle as this won't attach directly to factory crossbars.

So you'll need to install the Thule roof rack part numbers # TH711200, # TH460R, and # THKIT4063 on the roof and you'd be set. This will also allow you to also fit your Thule roof cargo box # TH629707 that you have as well.
