Can the etrailer.com Cable Lock Core be Replaced

Question:

Can the lock core on this product be replaced with a rhino rack core. Like product RRRK012-8. Thank you.

Because of the unique way that this etrailer.com Cable Lock works, screwing into the end of the cable, it does not allow for changeable lock cores. I recommend checking out the Cable Core Lockdown # RR43207 which is designed to be used with Rhino Rack Vortex Aero crossbars and the Pioneer platform racks or can be used separately as a cable locking system. Since it is a Rhino Rack product, the lock cores are easily swapped in and out so that you can have 1 key to operate your existing Rhino Rack accessories.
