Height of Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Rack When Folded Up

Question:
From the top of the hitch opening of the Inno Tire Hold 2 part # INH120 to the highest portion of the rack when in the folded up position measures 28 inches. This would probably block at least part of your backup camera when folded up but it's hard to say exactly how much would be blocked.
