Curt does offer gooseneck hitch kits that fit your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 but none that use the # C61100. Instead you'd need a hitch like the part # C607-661 which comes with the rail kit that's custom fit for your truck and a gooseneck hitch plate that allows you to flip the ball over and store it out of the way when not in use.
