Question:
I am looking to purchase a 2019 Honda Ridgeline and would like to know if this product would work with that vehicle for transporting a 13 foot kayak?

Helpful Expert Reply:
So long as the 2019 Honda Ridgeline you are getting has a 2 inch receiver then the Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender for Truck Bed or Roof - 2" Hitches - 350 lbs # EM07605 would be a superb way to transport a 13 foot kayak.
In fact, that's one of the most popular uses for this product as you can see by the accompanying photos, which customers sent in after using the load extender.
The extender will require Pin and Clip # PC3 to ensure it is secure in your hitch, and you will also want to use bungee cords or straps to tie your kayaks down. I have added a link to our selection of straps and bungees, as well as a link to a video review of the Big Bed Junior Load Extender # EM07605 for you to check out.
