According to my research it looks like your 2019 Chevy Sonic RS with the automatic transmission can be flat towed behind an RV like what you're asking. To do this you need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. I recommend going with a Blue Ox setup and the parts that you'll use are listed below:

Base Plate Kit - # BX1703
Avail Tow Bar - # BX7420
Towing Accessories Kit - # BX88308
Stay-IN-Play DUO Brake System - # SM99251 (for hydraulic motorhome brakes)
OR
Air Force One Brake System - # SM99243 (for air motorhome brakes)

Please note that you also need the Fuse Bypass # RM76511 if you don't have the Keyless Access. If you do have the Keyless Access then you need 2 of the Fuse Bypass # RM76511 as well as one of the Fuse Bypass # RM76512.
