Question:

Hi - I have a 2012 Ram 1500 that is lifted 5 inches in the rear. Will the AL88370 setup work for me, or does it require a spacer to account for the lift? Thank you.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88365 that you referenced are confirmed to fit your 2012 Ram 1500 but whether or not you need to add some spacers will depend on what exact kind of 5 inch lift you have.

If the lift on your Ram only lifts up the body of the truck away from the frame then additional spacers aren't needed. If it is a suspension lift though you will just need to add the Air Lift 4" Spacers # AL52440 to close the gap between the springs and suspension.
