The great thing about RV steps like the triple step part # LC432690 is that they are universal enough in how they install that they can basically be made to fit any RV including your 2010 Forest River Georgetown.
At worst you might have to move the mounting hardware you have now or have these steps welded in place but they will fit your motorhome. If you wanted to install new mounting brackets you'd then need the part # LC301704.
