We have the hardware kit you need for your Curt hitch # C11030.
You can use part # RHK for a complete set of the specific hardware needed to install this Class I hitch. On that item's page there is a field to enter the hitch item number and a drop-down menu tool to select the Curt brand. Add the # RHK kit to your cart and we'll send you all of the exact original hardware.
I linked the instructions for this hitch, which list the tools needed as well as the torque specs, and I also linked an install video showing a 2012 Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
