The only ladder rack that will work on your 2018 Ram 1500 with the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK48203 is the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000944.
This ladder rack mounts in the stake pocket holes and it has vertical uprights to clear the panels while folded whereas the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder Rack won't work because it uses clamps to mount inside the bed which is in the way of the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover.
