Hello, Is it possible to remove the pulley bolt for smaller breakdown and storage? If so do you knownwhat kind of bolt that is?

The Brophy Cable Camper Jack part # CJ74H does break down into 3 pieces for storage however the pully portion of the Camper Jack (winch) is not removable because it is welded on. I have attached a photo of the camper jack disassembled.
