Malone does really like to recommend longer bar roof racks for the vehicle fits of their roof racks like the # MPG216 which they recommend for your 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and has 58 inch long crossbars. We have not had chance to test fit the # MPG215 on your roof though so while it most likely would fit fine we can't guarantee it.
If you can get me the distance from the outsides of your raised roof rails I can give you a more definite answer.
