How to Attach Safety Chains or Andersen Ultimate to Reese OEM Ram or Ford Rail Kit Adapter

Will this adapter work well with a rail mount Andersen hitch and if so the how can I mount my safety chains while my Andersen 5th wheel receiver is in place. I love my receiver but want to use the factory puck system instead of having new rails mounted in the bed.

What you'll need is the Reese Safety-Chain Attachment # RP50223 which will fit in the open tabs of the fifth wheel rail adapter part # RP30154 to the outsides of where the Andersen Ultimate Connection adapter part # AM3200 installs.
The picture I attached shows how this installs to the inside of the legs of a similar adapter to show you what I mean.
