The Camco RV Power Defender Circuit Analyzer # CAM55312 does not protect against low voltage, but there is a similar product that does both low voltage and surge protection. It is the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Monitor # CAM55301. It disconnects power in a dangerous voltage situation and will reconnect when voltage gets to the 102 to 132 volt safe range.
