In order to install the Replacement Silicone Dust Boot # K250BSSSI on your calipers you first need to remove the two pistons from the assembly. While you have them out it's a good idea to go ahead and give them a thorough cleaning.
Then with the pistons out you will install a new boot by slipping it over the top of it (with the wider diameter end of the boot facing down). Slide it down beyond the ridge on the piston until the wider diameter end is actually extending a bit over the bottom of the piston. You will want to lubricate the piston and start to re-insert it into the caliper bore. You shouldn't need any kind of tool to press it back into place - it simply takes gentle but even pressure, making sure they don't go in at an angle.
