How wide of a tire can fit in this model before you have to get the fat tire holders? Basically looking to know what the inner dimensions of these holders are.

The Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack # C18085 is compatible with tires up to 3" wide. Anything wider than that and you need the Fat Bike Adapter Kit # C18091 which can accommodate tires up to 4-7/8" wide. If you don't already have the bike rack and you know you need the Fat Bike Adapter Kit then you can actually purchase the bike rack # C18085-FB which is the exact same bike rack, just with the adapter kit already installed.
