Kayak Carrier to Fit on Thule ProBar Roof Rack

Question:

Hello, I was looking at the Yakima Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - Saddle Style with Rollers - Clamp On- Code: Y04083-04082 and was wondering if they are compatable with Thule Probars? Your help is appreciated. I have a set of three thule probars setup on my 2018 Ram Promaster City.

I do have a kayak carrier solution for you to use with the Thule ProBars but the clamps for the Yakima Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # Y04083-04082 won't fit. Instead we have the Malone SaddleUp Pro Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG1001 which mount in the tracks if you are really wanting the saddle style carrier. This is the only saddle style carrier that is compatible.

I personally like the Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carrier # LR54FR instead because it mounts in the T-Slots but it also has fully adjustable bases and has a locking feature that eliminates the need to use tie-downs.
