Question:

Hello, I have a triple step Kwikee from 5/25/04 Part#902508000 serial#243916 I recently switched out the motor with Kwikee 369506 25 Series Step Motor, but the power connection does not fit...Is this part what I need to be able to connect the power? or Do I have the wrong motor? any help would be great Thanks!!

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and he did verify that the Replacement Motor # LC369506 you purchased will not work with your existing Kwikee Triple Step assembly and unfortunately there's not a separate component that will allow it to fit. The issue is that this particular motor is designed for Kwikee steps after 2006. The motor for your Kwikee unit manufactured in 2004 is no longer available.

Your only option is to use the Lippert Kit # LC379804, which includes a new motor, gearbox, linkage, control unit, and door switch. All of these components will be needed for the new motor to be compatible with your current steps.
