The Dexter Nev-r-Adjust assembly part # 23-464 is a self-adjusting 12 inch by 2 inch assembly for a 7,000 lb axle that has a matching right side of # 23-465.
If your trailer has a different size/capacity need let me know what that info is and I will set you up with the parts you are in need of. I attached an install video for the assemblies mentioned as well.
