I need help replacing the actuator and slide on my trailer. I am enclosing a picture.

The correct replacement inner slide assembly for your Titan actuator is the part # T1278800 that you referenced. This matches exactly what you sent in a picture of. You'll need to remove the cotter pins of the pins on the side of the actuator so that you can then slide the larger pins out. This will allow the inner slide assembly to slide out.
