Question:
I like this bike carrier but worried about the locking turn knob can be drilled out and rack stolen. Any way to make this more secure?

You can wrap a cable lock like part # e98891 around the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack # TH903202 and loop it through the safety chain loops on your trailer hitch but if someone is determined enough to drill out locks then they will likely have some other tools with them to beat a cable lock as well.
Please keep in mind that no lock is completely theft-proof. Locks are used to prevent theft but given enough time and the right tools any lock can be beaten. If you live in a place where you need to be concerned about someone drilling out the lock cores on the EasyFold XT then you may need to take extra precautions to protect your bikes and the bike rack like storing them in a garage.
