Will it work with a pull rite auto slide model #4100 , I have a 2015 gmc 2500 denali hd..and it already has some holes but I dont know which brakets and rails had mounted before..

The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit is compatible with your PullRite SuperGlide 4100 model but you do need the adapter 4409 from PullRite for them to fit together. I reached out to PullRite and was told this directly.
The Curt has custom base rails which will mount directly to existing holes in the frame of your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 so no drilling into your truck frame is needed. Please note that the kit # C16418-104 you referenced is a fit for older GMC Sierra 2500 models and for your 2015 you need the kit # C16411-204 instead.
