Question:

I have a 23 ft rv trailer with a 3500 lb tounge weight will this receiver work with my camper and will it fit a 2019 dodge ram 1500

The Draw-Tite Class V Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41913 will fit the 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 however, it has a 1700 lb tongue weight rating, which is the highest tongue weight rating you can find for this vehicle. The hitch does have a 15,000 lb gross towing capacity. Normally tongue weight is 10-15% of the loaded weight of your trailer. If your trailer weighs 35,000 lbs then the hitch receiver and vehicle is not equipped to tow that much weight.

If your RV's total weight is 3,500 lbs then this hitch will work well for you.
