Troubleshooting Lippert Slide-Out Only Retracting After Resetting Control

Question:

My lippert slide will extend but I need to reset control to have it close. I’m getting one green flash and 9 red flashes then I can close it with inside controls

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and he said it sounds like there could be a bad motor or harness on your trailer's slide-out. The one green flash you are getting indicates an issue with motor 1. He recommends swapping motor 1 and motor 2 wiring to see if the single green flash remains or if it goes to two green flashes.

If it moves to 2 green flashes (motor 2) then the motor or harness is bad and needs to be replaced. We do have replacement slide-out motors available which I have linked below. If you still just get one green flash then it's a bad controller. I have attached a link that takes you to our controller selection as well.
