What are the dimensions of this d ring? The length of the strap that holds the ring.s. Its not clear to me from the listing. Thank you

The D-ring of the CargoSmart Forged D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # 3481763 is 2-3/8" wide and 2-1/2" tall. The mounting bracket measures 2" from the center of one mounting hole to the center of the other mounting hole.
