Load Bar Recommendation for 2005 Nissan Frontier with Camper Shell

Question:

I have a 2005 Nissan frontier king cab with the 6 ft bed. I just put an aluminum camper shell on the bed that extends about 6 to 8 inches above the cab. I want to put a rack over the top of the camper shell that will hold things like surfboards, a solar shower, a rocket box, etc. Probably no more than 300 or 400 lbs max, usually around 200 or 300 regularly. Do you have some recommendations on what kind of rack or how a rack would attach to the bed of the truck? Are theres stake pockets in the bed or is the utilitrack the main support for racks on these models?
