Installation instructions for your Curt wiring harness # C56158 are linked for you along with an installation video showing a 2014 Honda CR-V like yours.
The first things to check are that the included fuse is still good and is installed properly in the fuse holder, and that the white ground wire's ring terminal is tightly affixed to a clean bare metal surface that is free of paint and primer.
Further troubleshooting will be easiest if you use a probe tester like # PTW2992 to test the wiring going into the converter box. You can test the thick red power wire on both sides of the fuse holder to determine if power is passing through. Also test the signal wires going into that same left side of the converter to make sure the car's lighting signals are reaching it. If no signals are entering the converter there will be nothing on the output side.
If 12V power and signals are entering at the left side of the converter box but not leaving it on the right-hand output side then the harness is bad.
