From the center of the forward-most (closest to cab) pucks on your 2017 Ford F-250 to the end of the brackets for the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550024 measures 3-1/2" and the entire unit weighs 285 lbs. I confirmed all of this with my contact at Demco.
