Question:
I have a 2017 Thor ACE. When the step retracts the motor that pulls the step in continues to run causing the step to jump in place. This just started today. Thanks,

Helpful Expert Reply:
When the teeth of the gear on the bottom of the steps start to wear out the steps will sometimes start to bounce and not fully retract. If you have a single or double step on your RV from Kwikee you'd want the part # LC301696.
