Question:
I am looking for the proper hose and connector to go from mb sturgis quick connect on my trailer to my black stone 36” griddle. I do understand I need to remove my regulator on the griddle.

As you noted, you can't have the propane supply going through two regulators as it would not supply the correct pressure that your griddle needs to function properly. It doesn't look like the the propane regulator on the 36-inch Blackstone griddle is removable; therefore, you have two options.
The first option you have is to not use the quick disconnect port on your trailer and instead tap into the propane supply before it goes through the regulator with a combination of the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting part # 103613-MBS and the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Hose part # 100476-120-MBS.
The other option is to not use the quick disconnect fitting on your trailer and instead use a new griddle that does not have a built-in regulator. We do not carry any griddles but we do have grills like the Camco Olympian 5500 Stainless Steel RV Propane Grill part # CAM57305 which will work.
