We do not have any type of database from manufacturers with the locations of VINs but oftentimes the VIN is located on the trailer tongue. If you cannot find it there it may be stamped on your trailer's frame somewhere and you will need to check under the trailer around the axle which of course may be a bit of a pain but sometimes the VIN is there.
Otherwise you will need to contact your local state police or highway patrol who can assign your trailer a VIN.
