Can the Lippert Ground Control System On A Grand Design Be Controlled Via Bluetooth

I have a 2018 grand design 310GK with a lippert 6 point leveling system. It has a pigtail wire hanging from the controller in the front compartment. Is this a wireless set up or a Bluetooth set up? If so how do I make it work with the app?

I spoke with Lippert about the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC675817 you have on your 2018 Grand Design 310GK and they informed me that this system can only be controlled via the touch pad or via WiFi.
The WifFi option can be used with the Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System part # LC358601 or by downloading the OneControl app on your smartphone. I have attached the instructions for this below.
