The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75547 which is a fit for your 2007 Honda CR-V does not come with a trailer wiring harness for lights. This will need to be purchased separately, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118427 because it is plug and play which you can see in the attached install video and it is our most reliable option we have for you.

I have attached an install video for you as well of the trailer hitch. If you don't already have a ball mount, the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 should have you covered.
