Can the Thule Hullavator Pro be Used to Carry a Canoe

The Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 is actually only meant to carry kayaks. If you are looking for a canoe carrier from Thule then the only option is the Portage Canoe Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH819. This carrier clamps around your crossbars but if you have T-Slots you can use the Adapter # THXADAPT12 which can provide some security if you have locking crossbars.
We do carry some other alternative options like the Inno Locker # INA446 which is an excellent carrier that includes locks, but anything else is either loading the canoe on a trailer, pads, or a similar carrier to the Portage that I mentioned above.
For load assist you can use the Thule Water Slide Non-Skid Loading Mat # TH854 to help protect your vehicle.
